What is AWANA?
AWANA is a mid-week program for kids where they have a fun and interactive Bible learning experience. Here’s just what your child will experience at Awana:
Biblical teaching that relates to your child’s age and experiences- Ultra-fun physical activity and competition
- Positive friendships
- Adult affirmation and encouragement
- The basics of a relationship with God
- Consistent and positive training on how to thrive in team and group settings
- Awards and recognition for accomplishments
Programs
K - 2nd
Sparks curriculum is comprised of three handbooks. Each handbook communicates spiritual truths through memory verse drills, crafts, activities and review of key doctrine, Bible facts and verses. All three handbooks follow a nature motif, starting with Skipper and ending with Climber.
The theme of the first handbook is “Jesus in the Past.” The second book’s theme is “Jesus in the Present.” The theme of the third book is “Jesus in the Future.”
3rd through 5th
The name Truth & Training reflects the passion of Awana to teach third- through fifth-grade boys and girls the truth of God’s Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. Our goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders. T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow — today.

Registration
Registration will begin on September 7, 2008. Come for our Sunday Morning service and register immediately following the service or bring your registration form and payment to the Church office during the week. Space is limited so be sure to register as soon as possible.
